01Accepting these terms

By using voicsk.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site — that is the only consequence, and there is nothing else to opt out of.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site today.

02What this site is, and what it is not

This website describes what Voicsk does and gives you a way to get in touch. That is its entire purpose.

Nothing on it is a quotation, a binding offer, a guarantee of any outcome, or professional advice for your situation. Budget ranges in the enquiry form exist to route your enquiry sensibly, not to price anything.

If we work together, that work is governed by the proposal, statement of work or contract we sign for it. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win — for the work, and on every point.

03Results and forward-looking statements

Figures on this site describe outcomes achieved on past work. Content marketing depends on your market, your product, your team and factors none of us control, so past outcomes are not a prediction of yours and are not offered as one.

Case descriptions and capability statements explain how we approach a problem. They are not a warranty that the same approach will produce the same result for you.

04Who may use the site

You may use this site if you are at least 16 and can form a binding agreement where you live. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

This is a business-to-business website. It is not intended for children and is not marketed to them.

05What you may do with our content

Read it, quote it, and share it. Specifically, you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link, and you may take any idea, framework or approach described here and use it in your own work. We publish it to be used.

06What belongs to us

The Voicsk name, the logo and the visual identity are our trademarks. The text, photography, illustration, layout and code of this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright.

Beyond the permission granted above, please do not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, present our work as yours, or use our name or logo in a way that implies a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

07Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Try to gain access to the administrative area, any account, any database or any part of the infrastructure you are not authorised to reach.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with or overload it.
• Submit the forms automatically, at volume, or with information that is not yours to give.
• Send anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or containing malicious code.
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people. Reading it at a normal pace, including with an automated reader, is fine.
• Misrepresent who you are or who you represent when contacting us.

08What you send us

You keep ownership of everything you submit through a form. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — to read it, reply, and assess fit — and nothing further. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential information through a web form. If something is sensitive, tell us it exists and we will agree a proper way to exchange it. We cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential, and an enquiry form is not a secure channel.

You confirm that what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to send it.

09Links and embedded content

This site links out to our social channels and may embed a video hosted by YouTube, Vimeo or Loom. Those services are not ours. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you go there or press play.

A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

10Availability

We would like the site to be available all the time and we take reasonable care to keep it that way, but we do not promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has failed.

We may change, restructure or remove any part of the site at any time. Where a page had a stable public address, we redirect it rather than leaving it broken — but we do not promise that any particular page will exist forever.

11No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that it will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

12Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity — and our total liability for any claim connected with the website is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

This clause is about the website only. Liability for paid work is set by the agreement covering that work.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Voicsk is established, and disputes connected with the website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Before anything formal, please email us. Almost everything is resolved faster that way.

14The rest

• If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply and that clause is narrowed only as far as necessary.
• Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we have given it up.
• These terms are between you and Voicsk. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours if the business is reorganised or acquired.
• Together with the privacy policy and the cookie notice, these terms are the whole agreement between us about this website.
